Aurora is an award winning European consultancy founded in 2002. We work with statutory agencies and NGOs to develop, implement and evaluate programmes that address their policy priorities.

Our clients come to us for support on a range of activities across social, economic, regeneration and environmental policy. We have direct, long term experience of European funding streams. We used Aurora to provide project management support to our two INTERREG IIIB projects – HST connect and HST integration - as they were winding down and we needed to ensure effective project closure with a reduced staff complement. Having a combined budget of more than €50 million and some pretty rigorous audit and claim processes to follow, the projects required both specialist expertise in EU project management and forensic attention to detail.
